Deborah Snedeker
Controller
Controller, Office Manager, and Gatekeeper: Deborah brings order and efficiency—not to mention a great sense of humor—to all we do. She holds a degree in Business Administration from Mercer University-Atlanta and has 25+ years experience in corporate and small business accounting. Deborah spent several years with industry giant Price Waterhouse, but it wasn't long before she found herself at home and more personally fulfilled applying her top-notch skills in the small business world. A long-time fan of the Atlanta area, Deborah returned here for good after 10 years living, working and generally making the most out of life in the Florida Keys. While she hesitates to name a "favorite" local spot, she claims the best chicken salad on the planet can be found at Melton's App & Tap in Decatur!
Barb Almy
Project Manager & Office Assistant
When she's not working on postcard distribution and keeping everyone supplied with contracts, pens and whatever else they might need, Barb is Bill Senior's right-hand woman in the field. She regularly manages projects and makes home inspection visits with Bill, her partner of 37 years. Mother of four grown children (including owner Bill Almy IV), Barb spends some of her spare time volunteering as a mentor with Jesse's House, an emergency children's shelter in Cumming. She also sings in the Christ the King Church Choir. Her favorite places to be? The Sharon Springs Library and Marlowe's Tavern in Alpharetta.
Lindy Patterson
Operations Manager
With a jack-of-all-trades background and more college degrees than are practical, Lindy guides ProActive operations, hiring, and marketing. She also coordinates our community service efforts. Lindy has been with ProActive Exteriors from the start, Bill's biggest fan and supporter as he built the business from the ground up. She's a lover of art in all its forms and supports the Atlanta arts community when and where she can. Most recently, she helped raise funds for the Threshing Floor Academy, an organization that enhances arts education in Atlanta. The Academy participates in one of Lindy's favorite monthly events—the Castleberry Hill Art Stroll.
